We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund.

Our consultation room is exclusively available to members of our Practitioner Circle. To qualify for booking privileges, practitioners must provide proof of qualifications and valid insurance. These documents may be requested at any time to ensure compliance with our policies.

Your Responsibility:
By making a booking, you agree to adhere to these policies and provide any required documentation promptly when requested. The therapy room must be emptied and cleared promptly at the end of your booking to ensure it is ready for the next client.
