Shipping Costs

We offer two shipping methods, and costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Please see the rates below:

• Standard Shipping (3-5 working days):

  • Up to 500g: £3.95

  • 501g to 1kg: £5.50

  • 1kg to 2kg: £7.00

• Economy Shipping (5-7 working days):

  • Up to 500g: £2.95

  • 501g to 1kg: £4.50

  • 1kg to 2kg: £6.00

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 working days for orders within the UK. This option includes trackable and signed-for delivery.

• Economy Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 working days, offering a more economical option for less urgent deliveries.

 

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed on Sunday  or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Replacement Policy

At Mama Bear Herbal Clinic, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged.

 

Replacement Requests

• Requests must be made within 10 days of receipt.

• Contact us at hello@mamabearherbal.clinic with your order details and the reason for the replacement.

• You may need to return the item to us. Instructions for returning the item will be provided after your initial request is reviewed.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This shipping and replacement policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
